Refund policy

  • All refunds are on the sole discretion of Estuaries Industries Private Limited upon the verification and confirmation done by our team.

 

REFUND POLICY

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Refunds are deemed valid only if the product/bottle has been damaged or if the order is cancelled within 8 hours of purchase we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the cancellation request is received
    in case of damaged product, the product will either be replaced or the refund will be initiated
    if your refund is approved, we will initiate a 100% refund to the source of your original payment method.
  • You will receive the credit in 7-10 working days, depending on your card/bank/wallet policies
    photos of the damaged product to be submitted and upon inspection, refund will be initiated, or the product will be replaced
    refund won’t be initiated against goods accepted without inspection from the courier and claimed as damaged goods afterwards.

Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within the mentioned delivery date, please contact us at consumercare@estuaryworld.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
