Dash of RCB is dedicated to delivering your orders with quality packaging within the specified time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition and in the shortest time, we only partner with reputed courier agencies.

We currently ship across all major cities in India.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement, depending on the order volume. We offer same-day delivery in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, and Bengaluru for orders placed before 2 pm on working days. Please use the pin code validator on the product page to confirm eligibility for same-day delivery. Typically, orders to major cities arrive within 4-5 days, while other locations receive deliveries within 8-10 working days from dispatch. Orders are delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be packed, sealed, and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse. It will arrive in an eco-friendly, corrugated box to ensure your items are protected during transit.

Refund Policy

Purchases made from our online store, are not eligible for return after purchase. However, we do offer a full replacement for items damaged during transit. Replacement orders will be processed immediately once our customer support team verifies the damage via email or phone.

Replacement orders and refunds will be processed only if the issue is raised within 48 hours of order delivery. Any concerns raised beyond two days from the delivery date will not be addressed.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@dashofrcb.com. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note that gift box orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
